The eruptoin spreaded to the perineum and upper inner thighs. The lesoin resolved several months later without treatment. The red crusted papules in the anogenital area cleared after a week of topical antifungal therapy. Potassium hydroxide microscopic prep revealed hyphae. Rash cleared with Nystatin cream. Comments: This diaper dermatitis worsened over a week until treatment with topical mycostatin cream was started. A potassium hydroxide preparation revealed hyphae.
